He knows what he is doing, he explains your test results, Trays, Mri, in a way for you to understand them, and also explains what he he is gonna do during surgery, he has a very good bedside manner and he also videos the surgery and puts it on a SD card while talking to you on it telling you what he is doing during surgery.
