When I met with Dr. Carlson did an excellent job of explaining the injury, surgery, and recovery process. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns, never making me feel that my concerns were unjustified. He had a wonderful bedside manner. He emphasized the need for physical therapy and because of that I am at 100 percent of my pre-injury strength. He understood my need to get back to bowling with my 15 lb ball. I was impressed with the entire staff and their genuine concern about my physical and mental well being.
